What is your return policy?

Returns, replacements, and refunds for damaged, defective, missing, tampered, or incorrect products require a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, label, and product. The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in their received condition with packaging, and claims are subject to document review and testing. Returns may be refused for wrong models or colours, used or opened products, sale or promotional items, products not in original condition, or misuse. Replacement is available only if the same model is in stock; otherwise, a refund is issued to the original payment method. The policy does not specify return shipping costs or a restocking fee.
